Student
The student role gives you access to your eligible published learner records. Use Everything of mine for your own portal records. The school controls publication and which portal areas are available.
Activate your account
- Open the latest invitation sent to your own email address.
- Set your password and complete required sign-in steps.
- Sign in and open Everything of mine.
- Check your name, campus, and academic context.
- Open the required area.
Use account recovery and security for an expired invitation, forgotten password, or two-factor recovery. Ask the school for help when your account is Suspended or Archived. Account state and enrollment state are separate.
Read academic records
| Area | What to do |
|---|---|
| Results | Check the subject, period, and latest approved result revision. |
| Attendance | Check the date and recorded attendance state. |
| Timetable | Read the published schedule for the applicable period and date. |
| Syllabi | Read the published teaching outline and topics. |
| Documents | Open issued report cards and transcripts when available. |
| Calendar | Review events and closure days addressed to your context. |
| Notices | Read messages addressed to you and complete any required acknowledgement. |
Working marks and pending corrections are not official published results. An issued report card remains fixed until the school issues a new revision. A draft timetable or syllabus is not your published schedule or outline. See family portal instructions for area visibility and enrollment eligibility.
Review money and optional services
Open Invoices to review amounts due, payment information, and held credit. The current portal provides information without online checkout. Follow the school's payment process and ask for help with an unexplained balance.
When the school enables the corresponding areas, review Library loans, Boarding records, Graduation progress, and Programmes. Library access shows eligible loans and reservations; staff perform normal lending operations at the desk. Graduation progress does not perform graduation automatically. An absent service area means that its campus feature, area setting, or eligibility needs review.
Ask the school to review a record
- Open Requests for your learner record.
- Enter What you need and choose Kind of request.
- Explain the record, date or period, and requested help.
- Select Send.
- Read the saved state and the school's later response.
Use Document, Correction, Appointment, or Acknowledgement as appropriate. A request does not change a grade, attendance entry, invoice, or document by itself. Use Take back for an eligible request you no longer need. Follow request instructions for limits and request states.
Check access and report a problem
Your student role does not permit staff grading, admissions, payments, or other learners' records. A page address or copied download link does not establish access. Archived enrollments are excluded from the portal. The current middleware also restricts graduated student accounts; ask the school about continued access after graduation.
| Problem | Action |
|---|---|
| Invitation fails | Use the latest link or ask the school to issue another. |
| Your learner record is missing | Ask staff to review identity, enrollment, and Portal configuration. |
| Mark differs from what your teacher entered | Ask whether its latest revision has completed approval. |
| Report card contains an older mark | Ask whether a corrected card has been reissued. |
| Attendance or invoice looks incorrect | Send a Correction request with the date and record details. |
| An optional area is missing | Ask whether that service is enabled and applies to your enrollment. |
